Persian Rug

One-of-a-kind Hand-knotted Persian Gabbeh rug. Woven in the villages of southern Perisa near the city of Shiraz, the simple design elements of this rug are perfectly suited for modern interiors. The weaver’s creativity is given free rein in Gabbeh rugs. Each one has a unique and splendid presentation of the weaver’s art. Kamran is very particular about the quality of the wool in the Gabbehs he invests in. In his last trip before the embargo, he selected only 15 rugs out of thousands that satisfied his expert eyes. He loves to take a nap on the Gabbeh rug in his house. He says it feels so soft that you want to lay on it. As a matter of fact, a lot of the nomads used them to sleep on.
